The Medical Biller/Coder Certificate program is open to all students with a high school diploma/GED and the desire to succeed. The program accepts students 3 times per year (Spring, Summer and Fall semesters). UC is currently waiving all application fees for Medical Billing & Coding students who apply for Spring 21 semester. Application deadline is 11/15/20. So, don’t wait – APPLY NOW!

Submit official transcripts for all schools attended or GED scores to:

Transfer Course Credits Policy
  • Courses must be from a program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management (CAHIIM).
  • Courses must be comparable to those offered at UC Clermont (course objectives, etc.).
  • General/core courses must have been completed with a “C” or better. Program-specific courses require a “B” or better.
Course Credit for Credential Holders

Students with various (active) industry credentials may be eligible for course credit. Please discuss with your Enrollment Advisor.
