Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Post-Master’s Certificate Program graduates obtain the necessary skills and knowledge needed to assess, diagnose and manage patients along the continuum of health. FNP professionals care for patients of all ages in a wide array of primary care settings including clinics, offices and other community settings.

FNP professionals order and interpret diagnostic studies, prescribe medications and other treatments, provide health maintenance care, monitor chronic diseases, provide patient and family education, promote positive health behaviors and collaborate with physicians and other health professionals.
