Get Started On Your Online Bachelor of Social Work Today!

The Online Bachelor of Social Work program allows you to complete your bachelor’s degree and gain the knowledge and hands-on experience to become a professional social worker.

This program is ideal for you if you have a two-year degree in pre-social work or a similar major with a desire to start a career in the growing field of social work.

Coursework includes both theory and practical application related to social welfare, human behavior, substance abuse counseling and mental health. You’ll gain invaluable real-world experience in a required field placement in your last year of study.

The Online Bachelor of Social Work program is approved by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE). Earn Additional Credentials in Substance Abuse Counseling!

Through a partnership with CECH at the University of Cincinnati, you will also graduate with specialized knowledge in addiction and treatment, learning entirely online within the online BSW program. Graduates will meet all educational requirements for the Ohio Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant Phase 1 (CDCA Phase 1) exam (or similar examination in their state).

After completing the CSWE accredited Bachelor of Social Work online program, you will be able to sit for your state's social work licensing examination as well as the Substance Abuse Counselng state licensure.
