CAHIIM accredited programs are high-quality programs that provide the professionally required knowledge, skills, and employment marketability.

The baccalaureate degree program in nursing/master’s degree program in nursing/Doctor of Nursing Practice program and/or post-graduate APRN certificate program at UC is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education.

UC holds Provisional Accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care. This status signifies that a program with an Approval of Intent has demonstrated sufficient compliance with the Standards (through submission of an acceptable Provisional Accreditation Self Study Report (PSSR) and any other documentation required by the CoARC, as well as satisfactory completion of an initial on-site visit.

The Bachelor of Social Work degree program is accredited by CSWE, the most rigorous accrediting body for Social Work programs. UC Online’s Bachelor of Social Work degree enables students to gain the knowledge and experience needed to launch careers as community social workers.

The University of Cincinnati’s Medical Laboratory Science Program is accredited by NAACLS. Graduates of the University of Cincinnati medical laboratory science program are well-prepared for the American Society for Clinical Pathology’s Board of Certification Exam in medical laboratory science.

The Certificate in Cancer Registry Management Program is accredited by the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA). UC Online also offers state-of-the-art, web-based simulations. The University of Cincinnati is one of the very few institutions that offer the Cancer Registry Management Program online.
