Application Instructions

1. Complete Application

2. Mail Official High School Transcripts to UC Admissions (If Required)

     *Only required for students with fewer than 24 college credit hours

     *Physical transcripts must be mailed to University of Cincinnati Office of Admissions - PO Box 210091 Cincinnati, OH 45221-0091

3. Submit official college transcripts from ALL colleges previously attended

     *E-Transcripts can be delivered to admissions@uc.edu

     *Physical transcripts must be mailed to University of Cincinnati Office of Admissions - PO Box 210091 Cincinnati, OH 45221-0091

4. Upload supplemental materials as required by program

     *Review program-specific admissions requirements before starting your application

     *Certain students will need to submit proof of professional credentials, licensures, or organization memberships

5. Pay Application Fee when applicable

     *Be prepared to submit official transcripts upon admission to your program

3. Upload supplemental materials and additional information as required by program

     *Resume or CV

     *Personal Statement of Intent

     *Name & Contact Info of Professional References

     *Proof of professional credentials, licensures, or organizational memberships

4. Pay Application Fee when applicable

1. Create a NursingCAS account.

2. Provide basic Biographic Information and Academic History.

3. Submit official transcripts from every college/university where you've earned credit, nursing related or not, to NursingCAS.

     * Transcripts can be sent electronically via Parchment or National Student Clearinghouse.

     * Transcripts can be mailed to NursingCAS:

         NursingCAS Transcript Processing Center

         P.O. Box 9201

         Watertown, MA 02471

     * Official transcripts from all institutions attended should be sent directly to NursingCAS (American Association of College of Nursing). NO TRANSCRIPTS should be sent to the University.

4. Upload supplemental materials and submit additional information:

     * Upload resume/CV, RN license, and personal statement (500-750 words))

     * Complete manual entry of individual classes from all previous colleges/universities attended

     - Alternatively, pay for the Professional Transcript Entry service, and NursingCAS will complete this step for you.

     - More information can be found on the NursingCAS site or from your Enrollment Services Advisor (onlineenrollment@uc.edu)

     * Provide the name & contact email for at least three professional references

5. Submit application in NursingCAS

6. Pay $80 NursingCAS application fee
