The Pharmacy Leadership Graduate Certificate offers individuals already working in a pharmacy setting an opportunity to advance their leadership and management skills while building knowledge of the issues facing the health care system and changes in business operations. Individuals who choose to complete a leadership program gain experience that may improve their job prospects. Notably, all credits taken as part of this certificate may be subsequently applied toward the Masters in Pharmacy Leadership.
Successful completion of the program prepares graduates for leadership positions in numerous health care settings, including independent and chain community pharmacies, health-system inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and clinical pharmacies, managed care, and more.
