University of Cincinnati transcripts must be provided by the applicant as part of the admissions process.
There is a $65.00 application fee.
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) of at least 90 (internet-based) or 235 (computer-based), or a Duolingo English Test of at least 110 is accepted.

The MS in Pharmacogenomics program is typically completed in 6 semesters or 2 years if taken part-time.
