Choose your interests.

The answer here is personal to your career goals and interests. An MHA will give you an in-depth understanding of healthcare administration, preparing you to lead a healthcare organization. An MBA is broad. It covers general management topics, like accounting and data analysis, and you can choose electives in healthcare finance, operations, policy, or administration.
