Admission into the University of Cincinnati’s Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership online degree program is selective and based on meeting the requirements outlined below.

Prerequisites

Students applying to the program must meet the following prerequisites:

  • First Year Applicants- must have 2.7 unweighted high school GPA or 2.9 weighted high school GPA*
  • Transfer Applicants (24 or more college semester credit hours)- must have 2.0 cumulative GPA at college level
  • Transfer Applicants (23 or fewer college semester credit hours)- must have 2.7 unweighted high school GPA or 2.9 weighted high school GPA AND 2.0 cumulative GPA at college level

* If GPA is lower than the prerequisites listed above, please reach to out to an Enrollment Services Advisor to see if your experience and background would qualify for admission into the program.

Application Process

  • Complete Application.
  • Mail official high school transcripts to UC Admissions. *Only required for students with fewer than 24 college credit hours. *Physical transcripts must be mailed to University of Cincinnati Office of Admissions – PO Box 210091 Cincinnati, OH 45221-0091.
  • Submit official college transcripts from ALL colleges previously attended. *E-Transcripts can be delivered to [email protected] .*Physical transcripts must be mailed to University of Cincinnati Office of Admissions – PO Box 210091 Cincinnati, OH 45221-0091.

Transfer Students

Official high school transcripts with a GPA of at least 2.7 unweighted GPA or 2.9 weighted GPA, if the student has not completed at least 24 semester (36 quarter) credit hours of higher education.

Official transcripts from all institutions of higher education with a minimum cumulative GPA 2.0 (all prior institutions combined).
