Building relationships (student-student, student-faculty, student-industry professional). Q: What are some of your favorite assignments? (Spring 2021) #SportSocialHub, a semester-long, social media-enabled goodwill exchange between four separate online classrooms during COVID-19. Q: How long have you been at UC? Currently on my 3rd year. Q: How long have you been teaching? Currently on my 3rd year of teaching as a full-time faculty member; however, I taught courses for three years while getting my PhD . Q: What is your background/professional experience in athletics? High school softball coach, youth basketball tournament co-coordinator, manager for Division I women’s basketball team, athletics ticket office representative. Q: Any degrees/certifications/awards/etc.? BA in Sociology, MSE in Sport Management, PhD in Sport Management. Q: Favorite sports team? Iowa State Cyclones.
