In this program, students hone their skills while preparing for career growth and advancement opportunities in roles such as coordinator, supervisor, manager, director, and executive.
With an MS in Pharmacy Leadership, Pharmacists are better equipped to run and optimize their departments, manage staff, and collaborate in a cross-functional team setting. You’ll be responsible for optimizing a pharmacy’s resources, ensuring that medication use systems are safe and effective, and facilitating pharmacists’ direct patient care services.
Successful completion of the program prepares graduates for leadership positions in numerous health care settings, including independent and chain community pharmacies, health-system inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, and clinical pharmacies, managed care, and more.
We offer both the Master’s in Pharmacy Leadership as well as an online Pharmacy Leadership Graduate Certificate to part-time students.

The MS in Pharmacy Leadership program is typically completed in 5 semesters or 1 and 2/3 years if taken part-time.
For the MS in Pharmacy Leadership program, a grade-point average (GPA) of at least 3.00 or foreign equivalent is recommended.
