The key to receiving financial aid is submitting your application in a timely manner. Many aid programs are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis so early applications receive priority consideration. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is available on October 1st (for the upcoming academic year). UC’s Financial Aid Office can help you find the resources you need. Online students can contact Bailey Bartels at (513) 556-6126 or CincyOnlineFA@uc.edu.

UC’s Medical Billing & Coding Certificate program is also approved by Ohio Means Jobs as a Workforce Inventory of Education and Training (WIET) Provider, which means students who live in Ohio may also be eligible to receive funding through Ohio’s Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA).
