The online STEM education certificate program helps educators develop a consistent framework for advancing their knowledge on a range of strategies to teach and assess learning in STEM areas – allowing them to create interdisciplinary learning experiences with STEM as the point of focus.

What is STEM?

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. STEM instructors specialize in integrating these subject areas through project and problem-based learning. This encourages students to investigate and engineer solutions by providing evidence-based explanations.
