Building on a tradition of excellence and innovation, the MS in Pharmacy Leadership from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy is one of the only programs of its kind in the US and among the first offered online.
This online pharmacy leadership graduate program combines leadership and professional development content in a series of healthcare, business, and management courses. In this program, students hone their skills while preparing for career growth and advancement opportunities in roles such as coordinator, supervisor, manager, director, and executive.
With an MS in Pharmacy Leadership, Pharmacists are better equipped to run and optimize their departments, manage staff, and collaborate in a cross-functional team setting. You’ll be responsible for optimizing a pharmacy’s resources, ensuring that medication use systems are safe and effective, and facilitating pharmacists’ direct patient care services.
