What if my employer isn’t a partner organization?

All companies are welcome to become business partners with UC Online. If your employer isn’t currently a partner, feel free to share your company’s human resources/benefits coordinator contact information with your Enrollment Services Advisor.

Is this scholarship available to on campus programs?

This business partnership tuition scholarship program is only applicable to eligible online programs.

What if I was already enrolled in an online program?

If you were already enrolled in an online program, you can receive the tuition scholarship for the immediate semester after your business partnership was put into place. Tuition scholarships cannot be retroactively applied.

How do I verify my employment?

To ensure you receive your partner scholarship, we need to verify that you are employed with one of our business partners and eligible for the scholarship.

Employee of Eligible Company: You MUST attach valid documentation that shows where you are employed. Valid documentation includes:

• W2 or 1099 tax form
• Letter from your Human Resources department verifying employment
