Associate of Applied Business in Business Applications Technology

The Associate of Applied Business in Business Applications Technology program is a fully online, two-year degree program. After graduation you’ll be prepared to enter the technology-driven workforce with in-demand skills including communication, critical thinking, data analysis, software proficiency and problem-solving.

What is Business Applications Technology?

Business Applications Technology is the study of how businesses use data and technology in their operations. If you are an early adopter who embraces the latest technology and would like to utilize it in the modern business environment, this program is for you.

Professionals who earn an Associate degree in Business Applications Technology perform tasks like:

Facilitate scheduling
Organize and maintain files
Provide customer service
Advise vendors and co-workers

You’ll get hands-on experience with real-world applications using computer programs and business solutions like:

Can I complete the program part-time?

Programs can be completed full-time or part-time. Many programs are set up to be part-time, with most containing fewer than 10 credit hours in any given semester. We know you have a lot going on, so want to make sure that school can fit into your schedule. Note: There are some exceptions.
Can I transfer credit hours from my previous associate’s or bachelor’s program?

Yes. You will need to work with a program advisor to understand what credits will apply and meet the minimum requirement for credit hours completed at the University of Cincinnati.
