Admission to the University of Cincinnati’s Associate of Individualized Studies in Interdisciplinary Studies program is open to any student who wishes to design an interdisciplinary degree program using a combination of courses in multiple disciplines. The program is also open to all students with a high school diploma or GED.

How to Apply to the Associate of Individualized Studies in Interdisciplinary Studies program:

  1. Complete all college admissions requirements
  2. Be granted provisional admission into the program
  3. Enroll in the Academic and Career Decisions Seminar
  4. Construct your degree path with a faculty member
  5. Full admission into the Associate in Interdisciplinary Studies program
Transfer Credits

Students can transfer up to 40 semester credit hours awarded by a nationally or regionally accredited institution of higher education. At minimum, twenty credit hours must be obtained from the University of Cincinnati.
